Automatic Drinking Water 5L Bottling Filling Packing Machine
Introduction
The drinking water 5L bottling packing machine is from the washing, filling ,capping and conveyor line, linear motion and pneumatic operation, PLC control, high degree of automation is a square bottle, irregular bottle is the ideal equipment, production may be appropriate to adjust the equipment package the materials used in all high-quality stainless steel.
Main features
1). Washing machine
The washing machine connect with empty bottles conveyor frame, when empty bottle feeding to washing machine extent, through photoelectrical reaction, circuit control system command pneumatic electromagnetic valve movements, let the clip bottles of cylinder clip the bottle, then the overturn cylinder operate, the bottleneck turn down, then the pure water pump open, spurt pure water to the bottle, after 30s, stop it, the overturn cylinders reset, input the conveyor system and go to filling machine.
2). Filling machine
After-washing empty bottle come to the filling machine through wheel, two push-barrel cylinders operate, then the bottle arrive filling part, the bottle bottom separate the conveyor belt. After filling, the bottle drop on the conveyor belt. Output to the capping part.
3). Capping machine
The screw capping machine is made of screw capping heads frame, after the filled bottle convey to the screw capping machine station, through air cylinder start to screw cap, again and again, the finished bottle output to the warehouse and check.
