A bottle blowing machine is a device that transforms plastic particles into hollow containers using the blow molding technique. There are several commonly used types, including single-mold hollow extrusion blow molding and two-mold injection stretch blow molding for materials such as PET, PC , or PP. Additionally, there are newly developed options such as multi-layer hollow extrusion blow molding and stretch blow molding. It's worth noting that many bottle blowing machines follow a two-step process, where the plastic raw materials need to be transformed into preforms before the actual blow molding process takes place.
1.With a focus on high speed and efficiency, this blow molding machine incorporates an optimized structural design and utilizes a servo drive system. By integrating actions such as embryo separation, main drive, mold opening and closing, and stretching, the bottle blowing cycle is significantly reduced. This leads to increased output, improved efficiency, and energy savings.
2.To ensure uniform stretching and enhanced transparency of preforms, infrared lamps are employed for preform heating. The blow molding machine is equipped with imported reflective aluminum plates to maximize the utilization of lamp heat energy, reducing heating time, minimizing energy consumption, and increasing production capacity. Each layer's lamp tube temperature can be independently adjusted, both vertically and horizontally, based on the specific requirements of the customer's tube blanks. An intelligent ventilation system maintains a constant temperature inside the heating box.
3.Automatic alarm and fault detection features are incorporated into the blow molding machine, enabling seamless detection and judgment of faults.
4.The blow molding machine have the capability to store various bottle blowing process parameters. When switching between different molds and preforms, the relevant data can be directly retrieved from the computer without requiring manual readjustment. This ensures a simple and efficient operation.
5.The blow molding machine offer a high level of intelligence and user-friendliness. It features a Chinese and English color touch screen interface with comprehensive monitoring and sensing settings.
