It is designed for open or closed breeding chicken house with manual mating operation. In general it will equipment with automatic feeding and drinking system, egg collection system, if you have close house, it also equip with climate control system
1. Breeder cage introduction
It is designed for small chicks, breeder cage can keep chicks from one day to 12-16 weeks old, then they will transfer to layer cage,finish the whole life
Compared with free range, this system is easier for collecting eggs and reduce egg breakage rate, also keep high cleanliness
2. Layer cage introduction
It is designed for layers, the cage can keep it from 12-16 weeks old to adult
It will equip with automatic feeding&drinking system, egg collection. Special design which can get much better take care of layers
3. Cage with automatic equipment showing
1) Automatic feeding machine
It has feeding hopper and transverse system, the feeding cart connected with the silo by the transverse feeding auger is more popular. Feed is distributed automatically to the feed carts from the silos by the spiral augers located in a pipe with 90-150mm diameter
2) Automatic drinking system
It is made up by the square or round pipes with 360 degree flowing nipple drinker. When chicken touch the nipple, water come out, no touch, no water, reduce water waste, and make sure the water is clean and no harmful to the layers
3) Automatic egg collection machine
It is made up by egg collection machine, belt and hooks. Eggs will rolling to the egg connection belt, then transfer to the front worktable, worker pick up into egg tray or transfer to egg warehouse directly
4) Automatic manure removal system
The scraper type is designed for A type cage. The manure dropping from the cages to the ground, scraper will push out of chicken house
Another one is manure belts type, has manure belts under the cage, the manure dropping from the cages onto the belts, open the motor, can collect the manure to transverse manure conveyors and then delivery to outside of chicken house
4. How to choose the right cage and equipment
1) If you have a farm less than 10000 birds, you can choose A type manual cage. It is automatic drinking, manual feeding, manual manure cleaning
2) If you have a farm like 15000 birds, you can start with A type automatic cage, it include automatic drinking, automatic feeding, automatic egg collection, automatic manure cleaning
3) If you have a farm like over 20000 birds, you can start with H type automatic cage, it will be equip with automatic drinking, automatic feeding,automatic manure belt cleaning
