Convey: the conveyor belt is moving by head device,eggs will be transferred to the egg collection device by the egg belt.
Picking up the egg:the terminal device transferred eggs to operating table,then people collect the eggs into egg tray to complete eggs collection

6. Automatic egg collection machine repair and maintenance
1) Carefully read all contents of part I: safety rules before use to avoid danger
2) Fill about 4L of HL-30 gear oil into the reducer and mark it according to the oil dipstick
3) After the test run is normal, it can be put into normal operation. Generally, the egg picking equipment is started at least two to four times a day to collect eggs
4)  When using, always check whether the egg belt deviates.
5) During normal operation, check the lubricating oil of the reducer once a week and add it if it is insufficient; Drip lubricating oil into the drive chain
6) Check the tightness of the transmission chain every month. It is appropriate to lower the middle of the chain by 10mm. If not, adjust it
7) Replace the lubricating oil of the reducer once a year
8) Fill all bearing seats with grease once a month
9) Check whether there are sundries inside the egg picking belt before starting the machine, and clean it in time if any
10) In order to ensure the normal use and prolong the service life of the equipment, please blow off the dust on the machine with an air gun every day (especially the egg belt can not be cleaned with brooms and other tools). Be sure to clean it with an air gun instead of water, so as to avoid rust and affect the use and appearance
11) If the above problems are found, they must be solved on the spot, otherwise serious consequences will occur
12) The above requirements have real spot inspection records, so as to find out the cause of failure and provide after-sales service
