What is Conveyor belt hot vulcanization jointing/ splicing?
Hot Vulcanizing Rubber (Belt Vulcanizing Machine Of Conveyor Belt 1200mm) The standard Conveyor Belt Hot Vulcanizing Joint used for all types of conveyor belts excepting 2 to 8 ply. Itis the strongest and most reliable method of joining a belt and should be used wherever possible, it is nearly as strong as the belt itself is less troublesome than other fastening methods and results in longer belt life. The surface is left smooth so that scrapers and brushes can be used more effectively and with less risk of damage to the belt than with a fastener joint. The belt is integrated, and the strength of the hot jointing can reach 80-90%. And it can prolong the life of conveyor accessories such as belts, rollers and idlers.
