Vulcanizing machine water pressure plate professional customization, excellent quality
Performance characteristics of vulcanizing machine hydraulic pressure plate:
1. The weight of the hydraulic plate is a quarter of the current domestic products, such as 1200mm * 830mm, and the weight is 20kg.
2. Large expansion. When pressing, the fixing bolts on both sides need only be lightly tightened by hand.
3. Even pressure. The effective pressure is the same as the area of the hot plate of the same specification, and it can be 70-100mm larger than the surrounding of the currently used compressed water bladder.
4. High pressure, withstand pressure of 3.0Mpa, fully meet the requirements of vulcanizer joints.
5. No water leakage. Under high pressure, there is no leakage or pressure release for a long time.
Note for vulcanizing machine hydraulic pressure plate:
To fasten the quick connector at the water inlet, use a pipe wrench to clamp the screw rod, and then tighten the joint evenly to avoid excessive force to cause the water nozzle and the bag to fall off.
If the press beam of the vulcanizer is separated, a board of the same size should be placed on both sides of the pressure bag.
