1. Main application and scope of application

KLT series bidirectional drawstring switch is a kind of safety protection device which is used to take emergency stop in case of accident along belt conveyor. It is suitable for belt conveyors used in coal, metallurgy, electric power, chemical industry, transportation, cement, wharf and other industries. Especially suitable for use in coastal and harsh environments.

2. Install

Two-way pull rope switch should be set on one side of the belt conveyor pedestrian channel, the switch is fixed on the channel steel of the middle frame of the belt conveyor through bolts, or installed on the Angle steel prepared by the site, and the Angle steel is welded with the middle frame. The maximum distance between pull rope switches should not exceed 35m. The distance between the switch and the head drum or the tail drum should be 10-20m. The switches are connected with plastic-coated wire rope. The tightness of the wire rope should be suitable. At the same time, the steel wire rope should be equipped with a supporting rope ring every 3-4m, and the supporting rope ring is welded on the middle frame of the belt conveyor. On both sides of the belt conveyor with sidewalks, each side of the belt conveyor should be provided with a two-way pull rope switch.

KLT2 two-way pull rope switch is belt conveyor used for emergency shutdown, when the belt machine work in the process of accident, pull one or both sides of the wire rope connected with the switch, never realize shutdown, to avoid the expansion of the accident. The two sides of the bi-directional rope switch are connected with the wire rope respectively, and the wire rope can be pulled at any position to realize the shutdown.
