Reversible warehouse moving belt conveyor is widely used because of its large conveying capacity and low operating cost.The reversible moving belt conveyor is similar to the unloading trolley in the use effect, which is used for the material bin under the belt conveyor.The operation condition of reversible moving belt conveyor is two-way unloading of reverse turning head and tail.Reversible moving belt conveyor is the whole movement, need to calculate the power of walking drive, equipped with walking drive device.
Working principle
The walking device and the belt conveyor are two independent systems. shuttle drive motor wheel is driven by the motor through the chain drive to make the wheel rotate forward and backward on the predetermined track, so as to achieve the "reversible" purpose of the conveyor line, which means that the bin under the conveyor line can be repeatedly distributed. And the transfer of the conveyor belt is completed by the electric roller. The continuous rotation of the electric roller drives the continuous rotation of the conveyor belt.

1. A stationary inlet: the stationary feed chute allows for processed material to be directed to one central location.
