The Rigid Impeller Feeder is one of loading machine, usually composed of rotor impeller with several blades, shell, seal and reducer, motor and other components.
a. The Rigid Impeller Feeder is low noise and smooth operation ;
b. The Rigid Impeller Feeder has air locking function and high processing precision. Impeller feeders can be used as the quantitative feeder of powder in crushing and classification systems, and as the unloader of separation, dust collection and other systems.
c. Because the bearing and the tooth shell are at a distance from the box, the high temperature lubrication has been greatly improved.
The material falling from the upper hopper is filled in the space between the blades, and is discharged with the rotation of the blades.
