1. Working principle of conveyor belt machine:
In normal using, the motor drags the active drum to rotate through the reducer, and the active drum drives the belt to run through the friction between drum and belt. Hanlding materials are on the belt, and the materials move together with the belt through the friction between the materials and the belt, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying materials. According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be conveyed in a single pass, or multiple passes or with other conveyors to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system.
2. Components of conveyor belt machine:
It is mainly composed of head frame, drive unit, drive roller, tail frame, rollers, intermediate frame, tail redirection device, unloading device, sweeping device, safety protection device, etc. It can be widely used in metallurgy, coal, transportation, electric power, building materials, chemical industry, light industry, grain, and machinery industries. It can convey all kinds of bulk materials and articles with bulk density from 500 to 2500 kg/m³, and the applicable ambient temperature is from -20 to 40℃.

5. Preparation work before using conveyor belt machine:
(1) Motor, reducer, drum, roller, bracket and other fixed screws should not be loose, the protective cover is solid, intact and complete.
(2) The oil level of reducer is normal, the oil quality is good, and there is no oil leakage.
(3) There is no shedding or shortage of rollers, and the centering rollers rotate freely.
(4) Brake and sweeper are firm and reliable, and the sweeper is tightly connected with the tape.
(5) No sticky coal and debris on the rollers, tensioning device in good condition, no damage to the rubber on the drive roller.
(6) No accumulation of coal and debris on the tape frame.
