Brief introduction:
Measurement and control system with high precision digital servo valve, has the force closed loop control function, can achieve load rate load or stress rate loading, high control accuracy, good reliability, using computer electronic measurement, automatic compressive strength test, automatic calculation and printing report, widely used in the construction industry and testing units.
Hydraulic pressure system:
The hydraulic oil in the oil tank drives the high pressure pump into the oil circuit through the motor, and flows through the check valve, high pressure oil filter, differential pressure valve set and servo valve, and enters the oil cylinder. The computer sends a control signal to the servo valve to control the opening and direction of the servo valve, so as to control the flow into the cylinder and realize the control of constant speed test force.
Dynamometric system:
Using high precision amplifier and A / D converter, the whole process is not graded, real-time display load, peak, loading speed and strength;
The PID closed-loop control strategy is used to realize the constant speed loading and display the loading curve in real time
Automatic interval timing and continuous test;
Query and printing test results are flexible and convenient.
