Product Description
Jiangxi Fengcheng coal-fired power plant is equipped with 2*700MW generating units. The desulfurization process adopts the limestone-gypsum method. The desulfurization wastewater generated by the system is directly introduced into the slag water system of the slag scooper without treatment. Due to equipment corrosion and environmental protection pressure, the power plant is planned to be built. A desulfurization wastewater treatment system.
As a leader in integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment technology, Beijing Huade Chuangye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. undertook the new desulfurization wastewater treatment system project of the plant, using HDCY integrated treatment devices, and provided services such as equipment supply, on-site construction, installation, and commissioning. The project successfully passed the 168-hour trial operation quality acceptance on April 12, 2019.
This set of HDCY integrated treatment equipment consists of a high-efficiency reactor, two high-efficiency cyclone clarifiers and a precision interceptor. It has a designed processing capacity of 30m³/h, is arranged outdoors, has an installed power of 19kw, and covers an area of only 40 ㎡, the entire system adopts DCS centralized control. The suspended solids in the effluent are less than 53 ppm. All kinds of heavy metals, sulfides and other pollutants meet the standard water quality requirements of "DL/T997-2006". The clean water flows to the clean water pool for reuse, and the underflow concentration is higher than 25%. , is pumped to the underflow box of the gypsum cyclone to mix with the gypsum slurry, and then is deeply dehydrated by the vacuum belt conveyor before being transported out. The entire system process is simple, the construction period is short, only one kind of agent is added, and the investment and operating costs are low.
The pumps, motors, valves and instruments supporting the HDCY integrated treatment device are all from internationally renowned brands and are highly reliable. The entire equipment is guaranteed for one year from the date of commissioning and operation. The successful implementation of this project has opened up the application market of HDCY integrated treatment devices in large coal-fired power plants.
