Product Description
Tianjin SDIC Jinneng Power Generation Co., Ltd. (referred to as SDIC Beijiang Power Plant) was established in March 2004. It consists of SDIC Power Holdings Co., Ltd., Tianjin Jinneng Investment Co., Ltd. and Tianjin Changlu Hangu Salt Farm Co., Ltd. respectively. Jointly funded and established in the ratio of 64%, 34% and 2%, it is one of the first national circular economy pilot units approved by the State Council in 2005, and is also the first domestic desalination industry development pilot unit established by the National Development and Reform Commission. The project plans to build 4×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units and a 500,000 tons/day seawater desalination device. In November 2009, the first phase of the project (2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired generating units and a 200,000-ton-per-day seawater desalination unit) was put into commercial operation, with a total investment of 12.1 billion yuan. The second phase of the project (2×1000MW ultra-supercritical coal-fired power generation units and a 300,000-ton daily seawater desalination unit) is based on the preliminary results achieved in the exploration and development of circular economy in the first phase of the project. It further improves various technical and economic indicators and adopts the water production ratio. It has a higher seawater desalination device with better efficiency and larger single unit capacity, and has raised the main engine parameters of the power generation project to the highest domestic level (28MPa/600℃/620℃), reducing the coal consumption in pure condensation operation to 263.3g/KW. h, taking into account the supply of 1,000 tons/hour of heating gas and 1,400 tons/hour of industrial gas, the annual average thermal efficiency of the entire plant will be increased to 65.6%, and the equivalent utilization time of the equipment can be increased to 6,300 hours. The project was completed in June 2018 It will be put into commercial operation in the month.
 
The original desulfurization wastewater treatment units in the first and second phases all adopted the traditional process of "triple box + clarifier". The mud-containing wastewater from the clarifier entered the centrifugal dewatering machine for dehydration, and the dehydrated sludge was transported to the storage site. After being put into operation, due to the unreasonable particle size distribution of the solid particles of the absorption tower slurry after the ultra-low emission transformation, the efficiency of the cyclone was reduced. The overflow solid content rate of the wastewater cyclone was much higher than the design value. The solid content rate of the wastewater was high, and the chloride ion content was high. The high content directly leads to increased aging and wear of the desulfurization wastewater treatment system equipment and reduced equipment life. Large fluctuations in effluent water quality have put greater pressure on the operation adjustment and equipment maintenance of the zero-discharge desulfurization wastewater system, and the equipment commissioning rate of the zero-discharge desulfurization wastewater system is low. At the same time, the second-stage desulfurization wastewater treatment system only has one centrifugal dehydrator. The dehydrator needs to be overhauled and maintained once a year, which takes about a month. During this period, the wastewater system cannot operate normally, and the quality of the slurry in the absorption tower deteriorates sharply, affecting the desulfurization efficiency. In addition, the sludge treated by the centrifugal dewatering machine is disposed of separately, which is expensive.
The original desulfurization wastewater treatment system will be upgraded in 2021. The renovation project will be screened through open bidding to major domestic desulfurization general contracting companies for process and overall cost performance of the project. In the end, Beijing Huade Chuangye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. relied on its targeted The professional technology level and system integration capabilities of desulfurization wastewater treatment won the project construction rights. It took less than 3 months from the successful bid preparation to passing the 168 acceptance.
The reformed wastewater system adopts HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment system, which is an integrated and targeted highly integrated process system created by Beijing Huade Chuangye Environmental Protection Equipment Co., Ltd. based on the characteristics of desulfurization wastewater by integrating a variety of new water treatment processes and pharmaceutical technologies. . The process combines a variety of wastewater treatment technologies such as coagulation, flocculation, and chelation sedimentation, supplemented by the addition of a dedicated single agent dry powder, which greatly shortens the reaction time. The high-efficiency cyclone clarifier adopts blade-type rotating cloth, autonomous diversion, non-deep cone, and return flow folding plate design, which makes the settling speed faster and the rising water flow is even in steps, which not only reduces power consumption, but also improves the lifting efficiency and improves the efficiency of the lift. The compression ratio increases the solid content of the sludge. At the same time, the clean water tank is equipped with a cyclonic settling plate design to further enhance the capture of fine particles and ensure a qualified and stable water discharge effect.
The main agent added in this project is integrated adsorption flocculant, and its ingredients are specially formulated according to the on-site water quality conditions. The dosage range is 200ppm~300ppm. This agent is a neutral inorganic green environmentally friendly adsorption flocculant. It is made of natural mineral materials with great adsorption capacity. It has significant ability to remove harmful substances such as COD, total phosphorus, SS, fluoride, heavy metals and other wastewater. Using a single agent to replace the complex agent system in the traditional dosing method reduces agent costs, simplifies the process, improves the flocculation and sedimentation effect, and makes it easy to control water quality when the process fluctuates. At the same time, once heavy metals settle, they will never precipitate again, making the sludge harmless. The overall process of HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment is: the first and second phase desulfurization wastewater is pumped into the HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment system. The inside of the system reacts efficiently through dosing, and the overflowing clear water after efficient cyclone clarification passes through the security precision interceptor. After filtering, the clean water is retained in the second-stage reuse pool. After the sludge is dehydrated by pumping the second-stage gypsum dewatering belt conveyor, it is transported out together with the desulfurization gypsum for comprehensive utilization.
Process flow
The effects achieved by the transformed desulfurization wastewater treatment system:
1) The operating conditions are stable, and the impact resistance to fluctuations of suspended solids in the inlet water is strong, ensuring stable operation within the range of inlet water SS 0-100000mg/L; 2) The types of chemical dosing are reduced and only one type of chemical is added, which provides convenience for actual on-site operation and production management; 3) The quality of the effluent water is stable. After HDCY integrated desulfurization wastewater treatment, the overflowing clean water stably meets the requirements of DL/T997-2006 emission standards. The precision filter at the end is only used as a backup for emergency security equipment; 4) The underflow sludge does not need to be treated separately and is directly pumped to the gypsum dehydration system to complete dehydration, simplifying the process and improving operation reliability.
