Inner Inspection Of Begate Fiber Optic Patch Panel
All fiber patch panel must be inspected before shipping. The inspection is refer to national communications industry standard YD/T988-2007. And the purpose of inspection is to check the integrity and completeness of the fiber patch panel. Our quality control staff will check :
1, The fixing and protection function for fiber cable, all product should has fixing setting and protection accessories;
2,Fiber connection and terminal function, is should have enough space for patching, operating and storage ;
3, Fiber patching and record function, the optical fiber serial number can be quickly and conveniently adjusted to change the route of the transmission system by the optical fiber jumper;
4, Fiber capacity has to same as the order requirement;
5, Mechanical strength, tensile test and torsion test;
6, Box assembly, all fasteners shall be firmly and securely connected, and the surface treatment of the fasteners shall be in accordance with the 2 level as specified in article of the GB/T5267-1985 standard;
7, Label and packing.
