Filling Process
The process of the liquid filling machine is generally as follows: the boxes with empty bottles are stacked on the pallet, sent to the unloading machine by the conveyor belt, the trays are unloaded one by one, the boxes are sent to the unpacking machine with the conveyor belt, the empty bottles are taken out of the box, and the empty boxes are sent to the box washing machine through the conveyor belt, and then transported to the carton packer after cleaning, so that the bottles containing the drink can be loaded into it. The empty bottles taken out from the unpacking machine are sent to the bottle washer for sterilization and cleaning by another conveyor belt, and after being inspected by the bottle inspection machine, they meet the cleaning standards and enter the filling machine and capping machine. The beverage is filled into bottles by the filling machine. The bottles filled with beverages are capped and sealed by the capping machine, and transported to the labeling machine for labeling, and after labeling, they are sent to the packing machine for loading into boxes, and then sent to the palletizer to be stacked on the pallet and sent to the warehouse.
