BeaverBeads™ Streptavidin can bind specifically to biotinylated antibodies, polypeptides and nucleic acid molecules. (SA-Biotin) system has extremely high binding affinity (Kd=10^-15), It has a wide range of applications in the biological field. This product can be easily and efficiently combined with many biotinylated ligands, such as biotinylated antibody proteases, nucleic acid or other biotin labeled target molecules. The coupling of streptavidin and magnetic beads simplifies the capture, rinse and detection operation process of biotinylated for samples. The system after optimization is then more suitable for large-scale sample automation process.
