The surface of cell culture was modified by natural active polypeptides, carbohydrates and other high molecular materials. Thus, the cell culture plate has the ability of ultra-low cell attachment and the suspension culture of cells in serum culture system was realized. It can be used in the suspension culture of adherent cells and semi-adherent cells in the sphere culture of tumor cells and the experiment of embryoid body formation.
