2. Descriptions
● Rail distance: 4000 and 5000mm or customized
● Gantry type controlled by AC inverter displayed in digital, with functions of stable running and fast traveling speed
● Including 2 control types: middle and side control
● Mainly composed of gantry, carriage unit, mechanical tracing unit, flux recovery system, pneumatic system, electric system and SAW machine
● Middle gantry frame supports movable and 2 sides overhang installed welding arm work piece at locate both sides assistant rack for fillet welding in down hand
● Equipped with seam tracker, automatic flux feeding and recovery and wheels traveling unit
● Seam tracking and arc-guide mechanism used for return control and also can ensure welding gun centering without aberrancy
● Main machine and welder leakage control
