Does UV light to your grow improve potency ?

UVC is very high -energy photons electromagnetic energy and can damage cells ,so we don’t use UVC in grow light .

UVB and UVA (290-400nm) exist under sunlight, if growth light is added, it will produce true full-spectrum light, which can increase the concentration of THC and increase the yield of plants

There is a threshold where the damage to yield caused by high level UVB will exceed any benefits in potency, so you don’t need much uv light in your grow light .
