2. How to maintain the Battery for rail transfer cart?
Battery is an important part of battery power transfer cart, Then it’s service life time also is limited. So how to maintain the battery while using which paly an important influence for the battery service life.
Firstly, the service life of battery is closely related to its working environment temperature, discharge depth, discharge times, charge current, charge voltage, charge time and other operating conditions.
Secondly, it is the temperature.The battery can be used in the temperature range of －15℃~45℃.The using temperature recommended －15℃~45℃. Good ventilation environment, clean and dry,avoid exposing to direct sunlight.
Thirdly, it is the charging method, The battery can’t be fully used up ,then you will charge it. If you often used up the battery, the battery service life will be shortened.
Fourthly, According to the grid corrosion rate of 0.03~0.05mm/ year, the battery operates under the normal condition of 2.25v/monomer (25), the design life of GFM series floating charge is more than 10 years, and the cycle life is more than 500 times when the discharge depth is less than 80%.
