Detailed description of railway flat wagon
This kind of industrial railway trolley is running on steel tracks or steel squre bars. With different styles and standard capacities up to 300 tons, we have the solution you need and each style can be designed for your specific application.
The whole trolley frame adopts crane box girder structure. It has advantages of no easy deformation, large bearing ability.
The main parts of industrial railway trolley includes Cable drum, driving system, box girder frame, electric appliance, etc.
Frame Driving system Cable drum
KPJ series industrial railway trolley is powered by cable drum.The power source 380V alternating-current is supplied to the traction motor by cable, which is collected and released by coiling device monted underneath the rail wagon. The electric flar car can realize full automatic operation by PLC system.
