Product introduction:
CMT-1040GHS This system is based on dynamometer, load controller, flow meter, emission analyzer, and other peripheral test equipment. It realizes on-line debugging of the engine through LabVIEW software control. The test adopts electric start, no manual start, and the whole test is in noise. It can be controlled in the control box and the noise can be controlled below 75 decibels. It is used for all kinds of non-road engine power, fuel consumption and emission test, data sampling and data processing of direct sampling test. It has the features of comprehensive functions, good reliability, convenient operation and strong expandability.
Features
1. Use dynamometer to load, realize load adjustable and controllable management
2. Use high-speed cylinder to realize electric start instead of manual pull start, and automatically control throttle pull
3. The outer casing is soundproofed, the noise can be controlled below 75db according to the national standard, and it can be directly placed on the U-shaped installation line.
4. Lean production, improve production efficiency
5. The test bench is shock-absorbing to ensure maximum vibration does not affect the normal operation of the engine.
6. Set the exhaust system in the test box to ensure that the internal environment does not affect the normal operation of the engine.
7. Visual management can be realized, and the tested parameters can be displayed online in real time. The system can automatically judge according to the actual measured value and the standard value, and automatically prompt the current test phase and status (by lamp management).
8. Automatic storage and management of test data, and can be connected with the database to achieve data security management, data analysis according to requirements
9. The piece is a Chinese operation interface, which is divided into engineering interface and operator interface, and can be set according to customer requirements.
10. The engineer can set and save the test program according to the different test requirements of the product. The operator only needs to call the corresponding test program according to the product code for each test. The system also supports the QR code scan to automatically recognize and call the corresponding test program. Realize foolproof function and improve traceability management
