Standard interpretation

 1. Test environment construction:

A distance of at least 15cm shall be maintained from any metal object belonging to the positioning system

2. Verification test

Through the standard:
For all mobile devices (not necessarily consecutive successful transactions) and for each DUT sample, at least three-fifths of each mobile device transaction is successful

3. Compatibility test:

Through the standard:
The success rate for each mobile phone should be greater than or equal to 83%
At least 50% of the test position passes at Z=0 cm.

Hardware scheme

1. Set up the bank card loading bin and underloading bin;
2. The laser ranging sensor can locate the size and deflection Angle of the bank card (mobile phone), as well as the pitch Angle of the front, back, left and right;
3. Bank card grab and mobile phone grab fast change clamp, can realize the free switch of bank card and mobile phone

Mechanical hand module

1. Robotic hand quick change fixture, free to change the bank card fixture and mobile phone fixture;
2. High-precision pressure sensor is adopted, which can detect the pressure of 0.15N;
3. Adopt 2000W industrial camera to identify the central position of POS machine;
4. The manipulator transverse moving module, can freely switch 4 turntable stations;
5. High-speed cameras installed on the side can capture the test process in real time

Bank card grab quick change clamp

1. Adopt automatic quick change clamp, can freely switch the claw component;
2. The test rod material is high purity POM material, the dielectric constant is less than 4, the loss angle tangent value is less than 0.05, and does not produce the reflection and absorption of RF signal
3. The suction cup adopts four symmetrical design, and the bank card is evenly stressed when grabbed by vacuum suction

Mobile phone grab quick change clamp

1. Adopt automatic quick change clamp, can freely switch the claw component;
2. The test rod material is high purity POM material, the dielectric constant is less than 4, the loss angle tangent value is less than 0.05, and does not produce the reflection and absorption of RF signal
3. The mobile phone should be pre-fixed on the fixture accessories first, and the positioning and clamping of the mobile phone fixed accessories can be completed through the top pressure cylinder inside the manipulator

POS machine clamp module

1. A single turntable can be installed with 5 POS machines;
2. The fixed bracket is made of solid wood table material
3. Ficlamp to adjust the horizontal and vertical pitch Angle
4. By using the turntable module, the test path and posture of the manipulator on each POS machine can be kept consistent to ensure the consistency and stability of the test speed

POS machine-mounted fixture

1. All fixture materials are high purity POM materials, the dielectric constant is less than 4, the loss angle tangent value is less than 0.05, and no reflection and absorption of RF signal are generated
2. The design principle of three points and one side is adopted, which can adjust the left and right and front and back of the POS machine to realize the horizontal positioning of the POS machine, and then use the horizontal tester to ensure the horizontal posture of the card surface when loading
