Function Introduction

 1. Double station rotating platform 

The fixture automatic rotating mechanism is adopted. After the welding of side A, it automatically rotates to welding of side B without manual turnover. Provide productivity.

 2. Precision servo welding head

The welding head can be rotated 135°. Suitable for all kinds of shaped nickel sheet, effectively prevent sticking needle and other bad welding phenomenon, welding head pressure can be adjusted.

 3. Welding head constant temperature cooling system 

Water cooling cycle heat dissipation, instantaneous high current welding, always maintain a constant temperature, effectively reduce the loss of welding needle, reduce the impact on welding quality, improve the welding effect
