The battery cell/bracket/battery nickel piece is loaded into the fixture -- the fixture is placed in the sensing position -- the device automatically spot

-welds the device to the extraction position (select the discharge method: forward forward out, forward forward out) -- the battery pack is removed

from the fixture -- and the next production cycle is carried out

 1. Electric rotating welding head 

The welding head can be welded by 135° rotation, suitable for special-shaped nickel sheet, and also has the function of anti-sticking needle.

The built-in pressure sensor can monitor and control the instantaneous output pressure of the welding head.

 2. Hd touch screen 

Real-time display of welding data, welding hole location. System parameter settings are easy to learn. Support manual programming, CAD maps, import solder joint paths, for fast programming.

 3. Transistor welding power supply 

Welding energy output is the most stable power supply, real-time display of welding voltage and current waveform, current rising fast, can achieve high quality welding in a short time.

1.  The same battery pack (manual programming) can only be horizontal spot welding or vertical spot welding, and can not have both   horizontal and vertical spot welding in the same group of batteries. (If multiple spot welding specifications are required, please do   CAD programming.)
2.  The same battery pack can only choose flat pin spot welding or convex spot welding
3.  In a battery pack, the spot welding surface must be flush and of the same height
4.  Clean the end face of the spot welding needle regularly
5.  The whole machine adopts computer control system. Do not link USB device and Internet at will to prevent data loss

A: We don't have a minimum order quantity. Whether it is an order of 1 or 100, we will wholeheartedly support you.

Q: How does your factory do in terms of quality control?
