H Type Small Baby Chick Cage Information:
Fully automatic H type samll baby chick cages are managed to save energy and resources, and reduce the incidence of poultry diseases. The unique brooder cage door design can effectively prevent the chickens from shaking their heads and wasting feed when they eat. It can be adjusted according to the size of the site and can be equipped with automatic drinking water system.
H Type Small Baby Chick Cage Features:
1. Small baby chick brooder cage frame/stand: Material: U-shaped hot-dip galvanized rectangular tube, angle iron or 6mm thick flat steel: After cutting, stamping, bending, welding, and forming;
2. Brooding cage raw materials: high-quality low-carbon steel cold drawn wire, or hot-dip galvanized wire, or zinc-aluminum alloy wire, with good tensile and compressive properties;
3. Pullet chicken cage net: It is composed of bottom net, back net, upper net, boundary grid, front piece net and gantry piece.
4. Welding process: Welding first, then galvanizing, or processing according to your requirements;
5. Applicable features: specially designed and manufactured for baby chicks. The surrounding cage nets of the middle cage are welded and encrypted, combined with a professional plastic net paving, to raise chicks for 1-30 days, chicks for 30-50 days in the top cage, and chicks for 50-90 days in the bottom cage.
6. The water line is combined with a pressure regulator to adjust the water pressure to a certain level, and the water supply of each nipple drinker is evenly distributed to ensure that the birds have enough water supply.
7. Automatically cleaning manure regularly, effectively reducing the infection rate and mortality of chicks.
Feed trough is equipped with an adjusting plate, which can effectively meet the feeding of chicks at different developmental stages, so that the chicks have sufficient feeding positions and are even and healthy.
