Layer poultry farming equipment use automatic egg collecting suit for laying hens battery chicken cage system, low energy comsumption. Automatic egg collecting machine has been optimized after a long period of testing and practice. The line spacing is reasonable to shorten the egg roll distance, reduce the rate of broken eggs, and prevent the hens from pecking eggs. When collection capacity of the egg collector can reach 5,000 pieces/layer per hour, and the collection capacity of the central egg collection system can reach 60,000 pieces/hour, which greatly saves time and reduces labor. The conveyor belt adopts environmentally friendly materials, which will not pollute the eggs, and egg shell is clean and undamaged. The egg transportation adopts belt conveyor, the process is stable, gentle, and simple to operate, which minimizes the rate of broken eggs.
Automatic Eggs Collecting Equipment Features
1. Egg collecting equipment device and egg collector adopt independent modular structure and separate design to meet the purchase needs of different customers and the additional needs of later equipment;
2. Use C-shaped egg claws to achieve a smooth transition when the egg is turning, and effectively prevent the egg from being dropped when turning;
3. Egg collection device at the transition between the vertical egg picker and the egg collection system buffers the running speed of the eggs and reduces the egg breaking rate;
4. Egg collecting belt is woven from high-toughness polypropylene material. The belt is soft and smooth with stripes. The eggs stay on the egg-collecting belt effectively to avoid collisions with the cage, thereby effectively reducing the egg breakage rate.
