Product Description

This simple portable welding machine is with lower output 3kva power, it can just weld Ni or Ni-steel tab about 0.03-0.15mm, it is mainly used for 18650 small pack, such as power bank pack. It can be for lab use and small scale producing use with simple operation.
Product Features
1. Double pulse welding:
Double pulse welding, the first pulse is used to remove the surface coating and oxide of the workpiece, while causing slight deformation at the contact point of the welding electrode, improving the effective contact surface, and the second pulse is used to lift the body metal. Soldering. It can effectively promote the quality of welding and reduce welding spatter.
The pulse energy is adjustable, and the welding cycle number is adjustable. The grid voltage is automatically tracked and compensated, the welding current output is stable, the welding is firm, beautiful, less splashing, simple to operate, safe and reliable.
2. Control method:
1. High-speed high-precision 8-bit microprocessor (MCU) control, LED digital display, precise adjustment of pulse energy (0-99%), pre-pressurization time adjustable (0-99), dwell time (0-99), rest Parameter lock function such as time (0-99).
2. The operation is simple and convenient, saves the adjustment time, and is suitable for different operating environments and operators.
3. Multiple fault protection:
The high-power circuit and control circuit of the welder are equipped with two different types of protection circuits to prevent the equipment from overheating, external high voltage and power fluctuations from interfering with the welder; to protect the welder from damage in harsh environments. It has a prompt function for some common faults. If the welder is overheated and damaged, it will automatically alarm and cut off the power at the same time.
4. Precision welding head design:
The cylinder is combined with the spring buffer to make the pressure of the two welding needles relatively adjustable during welding. Due to the buffering action of the spring, the cylinder does not directly act on the welding point, thus effectively protecting the welding plane.
The photoelectric pressure switch is used inside the machine head. The welding is only performed when the pressure of the two welding pins reaches the set pressure, which protects the reliability of the welding and the pressure of the double needle can be adjusted.
