3. How can you guarantee the product's quality?
We strictly enforce income quality checking, in-process quality checking, and final product quality checking. All our finished products are 100% inspected before shipping out from our factory.
4. What is the Warranty for the products?
For the products, we have 5 years warranty. If there’s any quality issue due to our side during this period, we can send you the replacement.
5. May I have samples?
A: Yes, of course. Sample cost can be refunded if you place formal orders in the future.
6. What is your MOQ?
Normally, 100 sets/item. We also warmly welcome any trial order whose QTY is less than our MOQ. If you have a trial order, welcome to contact us.
7. What is your production time?
It depends on the quantity of your order. Usually, it takes 25-35 days. Generally, 1-3 working days for existing samples, within 35 days for mass production.
8. What are your payment terms?
T/T can be accepted, 30% deposit and the 70% balance to be paid before goods shipping out from HAOXI factory.
9. Can you change the function or change appearance for me? Can your factory print our brand on the product?
Yes, of course if you can provide us detailed specification or drawing to us.
Yes, our factory can laser print customer's logo on the product with the permission from customers.
10. Can I use our own designed package?
A: Yes, size, color, logo and packaging style of products can be customized as your requirements.
