Product Description :
This equipment is designed professionally for seaming PE , PVC and painting banners .
Operation step as below :
| ♦ Make the cloth for seaming flat and put it underneath.Fix both ends by adhesive tape or something else.
♦ The overlap width of the two pieces is about 3-mm, the width of the nozzle of hot seaming machine
♦ Put the machine nozzle between two overlap pieces.The press-wheel should be at left side of nozzle.The nozzle also need align with side of upper piece of cloth.
♦ Switch on the motor power and then adjust speed.
♦ Turn on the movement switch.
♦ Press heating power key to adjust temperature.
♦ Turn the bar by anticlockwise to fix the position to startup automatic movement.The machine will go along with the overlap path by itself.
♦ Turn the bar by clockwise to cease the automatic work.
♦ The operator should control the moving direction and make sure the nozzle connect both with upper and under piece of cloth. |
Please notice :
- The hot wind of heater cannot touch the press-wheel or the rubber of press-wheel is easy to be burned down.
- During operating, make sure clothes are flat so that stick together smoothly
- Adjust temperature to zero before turn off the heater.Switch off after 5-10 minutes
- During operating, if the surface cloth is dissolved and scorched or the cloth are not sticked together, please stop to adjust the temperature or speed
- During operating,if the seaming part is not in right position, please stop to adjust fixing position
Moving , Dismantlement , Installation and Cleaning about the Banner Welder :
- Any part of this machine being bumped of fallen can cause some damage impossible to be repaired.So please pay attention to carry it.It is suggested to move the machine by manpower and put it down carefully.
- Please check if there is damage or missed parts after unpack the machine.Any problem, please contact us or the local agent immediately.
- The place for installation must be flat and the floor is strong enough to support the machine and moreover, the installation place should close to power supply.
- Keep the installation place no dust and avoiding sunshine.
- Please sweep away the anti-rust oil from the machine with detergent and re-lubricate with light lubricating oil after installation.
- Connecting the electric wire to the reserved plug(AC220V)of controlling box
- Take care the nozzle.Use brush to clean if there is dust or block in the nozzle or filter
