1. Payment term: T/T 30% deposit after order confirmed, the balance paid against copy B/L or L/C at sight
2. Lead time: normally in 30-60days (depends on order size)after deposit received.
3. Sample product : Sample can be prepared before placed the order and mass production.
4. Shipping port: Ningbo or ShangHai, or as your request.
5. Discounts: We offer discount for big quantity.
Sample policy
1. Sample in stock can be sent out in 2 days;
2. New sample with your own logo and design takes 10-15 days;
3. New moulds takes 15 days.
4. Sample available in stock without copyright is freee of charges;New mould cost around US$1200 each item it depends on how difficult the mould is.
Use and care instruction
• Bamboo fiber dinnerware should be handled like any quality dinnerware.
• Harsh or abrasive cleaners, steel wool or any type of plastic or metal scouring pads are not recommended for bamboofiber products. The use of these products on bamboofiber will cause the finish to be removed and
possible staining issues.
• For best results, use only non-abrasive pads to clean or remove dried food.
• Pre-soak bamboofiber products, if necessary, in a high quality pre-soak dishwashing detergent.
• Dishwasher safe; however, avoid use of chlorine or chlorine based detergents or bleach.
• Please consult your chemical specialist for the best solution made specifically for use on bamboofiber products.
• Shatter-proof,but it doesn’t mean it cannot break,please manage with care.
• Oven or microwave use is not recommended.
