Ball Mill:
Ball Mill grinds materials by rotating a cylinder with steel grinding balls, causing the balls to fall down into the bottom of cylinder and onto the material to be grounded. The rotation is usually between 4 to 20 revolutions per minute, depending upon the diameter of the mill. The larger the cylinder diameter, the slower the rotation. If the peripheral speed of the mill is too fast, it begins to act like a centrifuge and the balls do not fall down, but stay on the perimeter of the mill. It makes grinding index not good enough. The point where the mill becomes a centrifuge is called the "Critical Speed", and ball mills usually operate at 65% to 75% of the critical speed.

Working principle:
A ball mill is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device driven by rim gear wheels. It has two rooms and net. The material passes into the first chamber through the feed inlet. Inside the first room, there are stage liners and corrugated clothing, as well as steel balls. The projectile rotates to generate electricity and this force pushes the ball to a certain height and then the balls fall down by gravity, the impact is the grinding force on the material. After primary grinding, Materials enter the second chamber through the split screen. In the second chamber, there is a flat liner and steel ball, after secondary grinding, the material is discharged from the discharge. Then it was over.
