Grinding Process: Start the milling process by activating the planetary ball mill machine. The rotation of the sun wheel and the movement of the grinding media will grind and mix the materials inside the zirconia jar. The duration of the grinding process depends on the desired fineness and the characteristics of the sample.
Cooling and Intermittent Grinding: Depending on the material and the grinding requirements, it may be necessary to interrupt the grinding process periodically for cooling or to check the progress of grinding. This can help prevent overheating and ensure consistent results.
