A bakery rack is a useful piece of kitchen equipment that helps to complete your baking job swiftly. Bakery racks are used to keep any baked food item while they are cooling after being baked in oven. It is very useful equipment for your bakery. Tray type: Most of our bakery racks take a large tray. This tray helps to make the baked products cool. The tray can be two types, one is baking tray and other one is G/N tray. There are also other types of tray when baking in the rotary rack oven.
Layers: There are many layers of our bakery racks. According to the layer number and tray size the type of our bakery rack varies. You can find different kinds of bakery racks with various layers like 6 layers, 10 layers, 15 layers and 16 layers. The lowest number of layers in a bakery rack is 6 and the largest number is 16 but we have double racks making 32.Quantity of trays: Generally, we provide the option of having several trays in a single bakery rack. In each layer of the racks you will be provided several trays. These trays are used to keep your baking items. According to our customer need, we provide trays with our bakery racks.
Thickness: We offer you a variety of bakery racks with various sizes. According to your need, we make your baking rack thinner or thicker. Mostly, our racks are 1 mm to 1.5 mm thick.Shape and design: We also differentiate our products based on shapes and designs. We offer a particular shape and design for our racks. This shape looks like a bracket. So this is called bracket shaped design. Also, this bracket shaped design has two sizes like ‘N’ and ‘L’. They also come with locking bars so your trays cannot slide out inadvertently.

M shape bulkhead is SS201 , thickness is 0.8mm .
L shape bulkhead is SS201, thickness is 1.0mm .

Knock-down structure delivery to save much shipping cost, instruction letter include in packing. A fully assembly could be finished in minutes.
