Saimai can supply the ideal equipment for the in-line cooling of products. The multi-layer cooling belt conveyor and spiral cooling tower allow for the continuous, unmanned and automatic cooling of products. They are commonly used for the cooling of breads, cakes, other bakery products, etc.
Features of spiral cooling tower
1. SUS mesh belt or INTRALOX Modular belt is stable when in operation, and will not get stuck or upturn.
2. The speed of belt conveyor is variable because of the intelligent transmission technology.
3. SUS mesh belt or INTRALOX Modular belt and low friction food grade PP guide rail. Machine has an automatic lubrication system so you do not need to add lubricating oil.
4. We can design different input and output directions according to customer's workshop area i.e. low- input and high- output; high- input and low- output.
Features of cooling belt conveyor :
1. By using food grade PU belt, it is manufactured in accordance with HACCP requirements to ensure food safety.
2. PLC (programmable control) control, using Japanese MRON company products, human-computer interface. Fault detection, alarm information display, can be displayed in Chinese and English according to customer requirements, 3.It also has an open network communication interface, which can establish communication connection with other control systems or host computer system.
