Rubber Accelerator Paper Bag Packing Machine / Bagging Machine For 10kg To 50kg Bags

1. General

This unit is a dedicated equipment for automation production mainly to realize automatic packaging (automatic bag pickup, bag feed, bag delivery, bag opening, filling and bag sealing) and output of finished product. This equipment totally adopts PLC man-machine interface display screen control, which significantly facilitates operation, so, it is the requisite equipment for automated enterprise production.

2. Characteristics

2.1 Applicable to the packaging bags of the same specification, if the packaging bag needs to be changed, please make adjustment as per the operation requirements;

2.2 This machine adopts rational design, bag suction, bag opening, filling and sealing are completed automatically;

2.3 This machine adopt PLC + man-machine interface display screen control with high performance, high speed and high efficiency;

2.4 This machine is structurally compact and has nice appearance;

2.5 This system is suitable for various packaging materials such as paper bag, woven bag (without coated film), plastic bag, etc., and is widely applied in chemical, forage and grain sectors, etc.

3. Service environment

It shall be avoided to use the machine in the working environment where there is corrosive, combustible gas or heavy powdery dust, it shall be avoided to use the machine in the place with temperature over 40℃, and shall be avoided to use it in the place with too high relative ambient humidity (>85%HR).

4. Precautions for use

Notice: use specified supply voltage, this machine adopts single-phase 3-wire (AC380V, 50Hz), it shall be avoided to roll press the power line and the power line shall be rolled with hands when it is not used;

Notice: please keep the equipment clean inside and outside and avoid moisture;

Notice: please do not change any part on the machine;

Notice: before formal startup, be sure to confirm that each switch parameter operates normally, otherwise, the equipment may be damaged;

Notice: before formal startup, if the specification needs to be changed, please perform operation in strict accordance with the specification change steps, otherwise, the equipment may be damaged;

Notice: please do not place moist and dirty articles on the equipment deck.

5. Description of functional modules

1) storage silo: used for short-time storage of material in order to ensure interrupted supply of material to the packaging machine.

2) 5-50KG double-head weighing machine: quantitative metering and supply.

3) Working platform: used for equipment inspection and maintenance.

4) card inserting machine: card feed.

5) Fast bag feed automatic packaging machine: completes automatic packaging process, including: automatic bag feed, bag clamp and opening, filling, metering, bag mouth unscrambling, bag holding and conveying;

6) seam sealing machine: stitching, rubber covering and adhesion of packaging bag mouth.

7) Finished product conveyor: automatically outputs already packaged finished bags.

6. Configuration Explanation:

1) The machine is easy operated and stable because of adopting Siemens PLC and 10 inch color touch screen in control part.

2) Pneumatic part adopts SMC/Airtac solenoid, oil- water separator, and cylinder.

3) Vacuum system adopts SMC/Airtac solenoid, filter, and digital vacuum pressure switch.

4) The magnetic switch and photoelectrical switch are provided in every movement mechanism, which is safe and reliable.

7. Mechanism Component:

1) Automatic picking-up bag system: Automatically pick up the prepared bag.

2) Opening bag, clamping, holding bag mechanism: Automatically open, hold and fix bag.

3) Hugging bag and conveying mechanism: Hugging bag and conveying bag.

4) Sewing bag: Automatic conveying bag and automatic sewing (sewing bag)

5) Electrical control part: Completely control the whole packaging unit.

6) Automatic weighing machine: Linear weighing machine

7) Conveyor: Convey material automatically
