This machine is used for the automatic formation of flat masks: the entire roll of raw materials passes through the unwinding,roller driving, hemming, hemming, fixed-length cutting, forming, sealing, cutting, welding ears and other processes, which areconveyed out of the pipeline. The whole process is fully automatic, no labor is required. The full-automatic flat mask production equipment has the characteristics of stable performance, high output, low defect rate, and easy operation.

This machine is mainly used for automatic forming of KN95 mask: the whole roll of cloth is driven by roller after being unrolled, and the cloth is folded and wrapped automatically. The whole nose bridge strip is drawn and unrolled. After cutting the length, it is imported into the edge cloth. The two sides are welded by ultrasonic welding.

To the sealing, and then through ultrasonic lateral sealing, through the cutting tool cutting molding; Transfer the mask to two masks through an assembly line.

Easy for operator, greatly improve production efficiency, only one operator required, frequency conversion speed regulation of the production line to achieve the full automatic production of plane masks, mainly including coil feeding, folding press, bridge rib feeding, mask molding, mask cutting, ear tape feeding and welding, finished product cutting process, complete the whole production process from raw materials to mask finished products. The mask produced has comfortable wear, no pressure, the mask filter effect is good, fit the face shape, can be used in medical, electronic, mining, construction and other industries.

The machine is composed of one set of planar face mask machine, one set of feeding machine and two sets of ear loop machines, and processes are automatically completed, including the cloth’ edge folding/ covering, nose-bridge bars’ quantitative cutting/ positioning, through the conveyor, face masks are conveyed to two external ear loop machines, the ear loops’ welding & forming by the ultrasonic, the counting, the final products’ discharging, and the packaging.

9. Some mechanical parts can be adjusted.
10. The pattern in the mask can be customized.
11. Activated carbon can be filled in the mask.
