This LA-ZB1000 vacuum packing machine unit is specialized in packing product into vacuum status and brick shapes, various kinds of powder or granules are available, such as coffee, yeast, tea leaves etc. It’s best to work with vertical form fill seal machines to complete the automatic bagging line, Which consisting of screw loading conveyor with vibratory hopper feeder, auger filler dosing system, automatic bag making machine with date printing unit, and the vacuum brick maker. Packed bag keep high quality in sealing, long time in reserving, smart in outlook.Advanced in vibration, pressing, reforming, vacuuming, sealing, cutting, smoothing and conveying such chief processing step, take result in getting nice bag shape and appropriate vacuum degree.
Technical characteristics:
1. PLC control with stable,reliable biaxial high accuracy output and color touch screen, bag-making, measuring, filling, printing, cutting , finished in one operation.
2. Separate circuit boxes for pneumatic control and power control. Noise is low, and the circuit is more stable.
3. Servo control, high precision orientation, size more nicety.
4. External film releasing mechanism: simpler and easier installation of packing film.Adjustment of bag deviation just needed to be control the touch screen. Operation is very simple.
5. Close down type mechanism, defending powder into inside of machine.
