(1) Check whether the main motor steering is correct and adjust to the correct direction indicated by the arrow.

Treatment methods:
(1) photoelectric eye sensitivity adjustment is not good or polarity selection is not correct.

Solution: The stepper driver has a fault, or the rubber roller and the stepper motor connection part has a blocking phenomenon. Check and repair the stepper drive in time, connect the rubber roller and the stepper motor.
Treatment methods:
(1) The adjustment method and working state of the photoelectric eye are not correct, and the correct adjustment is required according to the instructions.
(2) The preset film feeding length (when adjusting the blank bag) and the actual bag size error is too large, should be reset the length of the line or adjust the pressure, adjust the device.
(3) The film resistance is too large or the quality of the previous process products is poor, should be checked and replaced. 5. Low discharge speed or abnormal operation.
(1) The eye position switch is in poor contact or the CAM Angle is not good, should be adjusted or replaced.
(2) The circuit board thyristor or rectifier tube breakdown should be repaired or replaced.
