JET-FD860 Wide Range Load Bank, is also called load tester, discharger, battery capacity tester and etc. Its voltage range covers from 10V to 450V. The cell battery voltage 2V/6V/12V are available. Its higher power, less weight, powerful software, will help us to decrease in maintenance works.

Key Features:

•  100 groups of on-line monitoring data and 100 groups of discharge data can be saved, viewed, deleted and exported.
•  When discharge stopped unusually, user can find an abnormal data and click it to continue discharge.
•  When it is abnormal, it stops testing automatically.
•  Transfer data via RS232 interface and U disk.
•  5.7-inch color touch TFT screen.
•  Powerful analysis software can create voltage/current histogram, curve chart and test report automatically.
•  It can on-line monitor or discharge four groups of paralleled battery pack simultaneously.
•  User can setup four parameters to stop discharge: pack voltage, cell voltage, discharge time, discharge capacity. It can be also stopped artificially.
•  No need correcting voltage manually.

•  On-line monitoring function: include pack voltage, cell voltage, pack charge/discharge current, pack charge/discharge capacity, pack monitoring time, and etc. It can monitor four groups of battery pack on-line.
•  Discharge function: constant current discharging. Discharging can be stopped by the set parameters or artificially.

•  Support data downloading and analyzing through real time communication or USB memory devices
•  The software interface includes: battery voltages curve and bar chart, battery resistances bar chart, group voltage curve, current curve, capacities histogram, data form and so on.
•  Powerful capacity estimating function, the software can predict the capacity of each battery in the tested group.
•  The software shows the data by various ways like bar charts, curve, and form. And users can magnify or minify any windows to read more details.
•  Automatically create EXCEL data report, it’s so convenient to send or download the data.
