Adaptability of Y83 series of briquette press

On the condition of not adding additive, the briquette press can compress all kinds of particle and powder of castiron, aluminum, copper, magnesium, titanium, molybdenum etc, and the high density metal block. It can be put into blast furnace directly, decreased the cost dramatically.

Y81 series hydraulic metal baling press, it can be mainly used in compressing the scattered plastic black and coloured metal plates.It is very convenient to the transportation and smelting.

Following is the compare use the briquetting press machine or not with cooper scrap as a sample,please refer it

Cooper scrap:Before using the briquetting press: Loss around 30% of swarf, if you remelt it without briquetting. Also you will lose the cooling oil that we you for CNC machines.

After using this briquetting machine :

1. You can only loss around 5 % of the swarf during remelting.

2. You can reuse the cooling oil again as the machine squeeze the swarf like a sponge.

3. You use small storage area to store this swarf, as the briqutted billet is about 75% of the original solid metal density.

4. If you decide to sell it as briquette, it sells for more than if you sell it as wet swarf.

5. Melting time is much less as the briqute falls inside the melt and does not float on the top of the liquid.

6. Less or no Pollution as the swarf is nearly dry and now black smoke during melting.

It menas that you can save 25% swarf after briquetted the barss scrap into brass block, namely if your production output of brass scrap is 2t, you will save 0.5t brass chips per day, so you will save 180t brass chips per year.

Suppose in india, the cost of brass chips is 750 USD/t, so you will save 375USD per day, you will save 11250 USD per month, and you can return back your investment of one set Y83-160 briqutting press within 3 months.
