A:It's easy. All you have to do is fill out a free quote, send your design and tell us how many patches you want to order. If you don't have a design, we can help create it for you, most of the time for free!
Q:What is your minimum / maximum order?
A:We do not have a minimum or maximum order. When you order through us, we are able to make as few or as many patches as you need.
Q:What is your normal turnaround time?
A:Normally, our average turnaround time is 1~1.5 weeks, but high order quantity and/or a unique product may require more production time. Feel free to send the design to us for an estimate. Rush service is available upon request.
Q:Will I be able to see a sample of my patch before they are manufactured?
A:Yes, we offer a scan of the actual stitch-out for you to approve before production with every firm order. Editing/Handling fees will apply if changes are requested afterwards.
Q:How many colors can I choose for my embroidered patch? And how do I choose the colors?
A:You can choose up to 9 colors for your patch design with no extra charge. You can refer to our online color charts to choose your colors.
