Maintenance of Full auto washing machine industrial washer extractor in laundry equipment :
1. Check the water outlet at the bottom of the bearing seat of the washer regularly to ensure that there is no water in the bearing seat and prolong the service life of the bearing.
2. Lubrication check (No. 3 lithium-based lubricant) is injected into the oil cup of the eluent once a month or about 30 times per wash.
3. Check the wiring and relay looseness and dust accumulation regularly in the electrical box.
4. Use hot water to wash clothes. The water temperature should not exceed 45 degrees Celsius in order to prevent damage to the washer barrel.
5. There are also certain requirements for the water pressure and voltage of the user scaled to the environment of the fully automatic eluent. In the use of washing machines, water pressure should not be too low, because too low water pressure, slow flow will affect the service life of water valves and motors. Users of high-rise residential buildings should try their best to avoid using elution dual-purpose machines during peak water use period.
Sixth, try not to put the automatic eluent in the humid space. If the environmental conditions are limited, we should also pay attention to relative maintenance measures and maintain good ventilation.
7. Check regularly whether the triangle belt of the eluent is loosened or not, and tighten the triangle belt regularly.
