The isolated washing and dewatering machine has the functions of high efficiency vibration resistance, water and energy conservation, ultra-high dust prevention and corrosion prevention. The unique suspension airbag combined with the weighing mechanism can accurately control the weight of washing linen and the proportion of water, which greatly reduces the consumption of water and steam, and has the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction. When weighing the linen, the four suspension airbags are not inflated, and the outer cylinder of the equipment completely falls on the weighing mechanism. Put the linen into the inner tank of the equipment, and the weight of the linen can be accurately displayed in the display screen of the controller. After weighing and washing, the outer cylinder of the airbag inflation device is suspended and separated from the weighing mechanism.
When the linen is discharged after washing, the suspension air bag will exhaust automatically, and the outer cylinder of the equipment will land on the weighing mechanism again, waiting for the next cycle of linen washing. In the whole washing process, the weighing mechanism is in no-load state, which greatly improves the stability and service life of the weighing mechanism.
The lower suspension shock absorption system adopts the patented technology of Hangxing, and the combination of suspension airbag and damper makes the vibration and noise generated by the equipment in the washing process smaller and more environmentally friendly than the general industrial washing line.
