Simple Pneumatic Type Rubber Roller Husker Without Vibrating Motor Type
The air pressure is used to adjust the pressure of the tight roller, the air cylinder controls the rubber roller, and the material is manually discharged. Through the gravity swing induction of the dripping plate, the roller is automatically closed when there is material, and the roller is released when there is no material. The change of fast and slow rollers adopts gearbox gear adjustment, and the operation is simple. Taking advantage of the difference in the suspension speeds of grain rough and rice husk, the grain rough mixture is separated from the rice husk by suction.
Feature:
1. It can remove the husk from paddy.
2. Movable roller tighten up automatically and different speed double roller interchange by gear, so easy to oeprate.
3. Intensive cooling of rubber by the air from husk separated.
4. Rational liner speed makes high shelling degree with less broken percentage.
