Comprehensive Characteristics of Rice Polisher:
1. High pressure air spray with water: under the action of air high pressure, water is sprayed into the polishing chamber in a mist shape, which makes the surface of rice grains evenly and stably filled with water; under the light friction between rice grains and rollers, the surface of rice grains is smooth and clean.
2. Water inlet automatic control device: in order to avoid blocking the machine due to too much water and material during startup, the machine is equipped with automatic control system for water inlet. When the material is cut off or too much material is fed, the water pump will automatically shut down. When the material volume reaches a certain flow, the water pump will automatically open.
3. Convenient operation and maintenance: the equipment is operated directly in front of the panel. The water and ammeter can be opened / closed at a glance to avoid the loss caused by operation error.The screen frame designed by the equipment can be disassembled and installed quickly, which greatly shortens the time for replacing the screen pieces, and the screen pieces can be interchanged with 4 pieces. In this way, the time for replacing the screen pieces, cleaning and maintaining the polishing roller is shorter, and the work efficiency is improved.
4. Durable: the polishing roller, bushing, propeller and screen plate are all made of wear-resistant materials, which can prolong the service life and further improve the hygienic standard of rice.
