Cold Screw Press Expeller and Oil Presser for Organic Plant and Oil Crops
Low temperature screw oil press is especially suitable for cold pressing of all kinds of characteristic plant oil. The press oil temperature is low, the oil yield is high, the residual oil of cake is low, the oil color is light, the quality is good, the nutrition is rich, and it has reached the international standard of similar products.
It is suitable for pressing peeled rapeseed, peanut kernel, soybean, olive, walnut kernel, corn germ, rice bran, tea seed, safflower seed, seabuckthorn seed, neem seed, rubber seed, prickly ash seed, tomato seed, watermelon seed, grape seed, flaxseed, evening primrose, pepper seed, castor seed, orange seed, cocoa bean, coffee bean, perilla, almond, peach kernel and other plant oil.
Characteristic:
1. Cold pressed oil is light in color and rich in nutrition. Pure natural oil can be obtained by precipitation filtration, saving refining cost and reducing refining consumption.
2. The protein destruction degree of low temperature pressed cake is small, which is beneficial to the full utilization of plant protein.
3. The low temperature (normal temperature ~ 50 ℃) can save steam effectively.
4. During the pressing process, the oil is not in contact with any solvent, acid, alkali, bleaching soil, chemical additives and other chemical raw materials, the loss of nutrients and trace elements of oil and cake is small, and the protein content of cake is high.
