Transposition Free Hulling Rubber Roller,Speed Free Husking Rubber Roller
The huller is mostly driven by a single belt, and the rotation speed of two rollers (fast and slow rollers) is constant. However, due to the same rubber material of the two rolls, the wear of the fast and slow rods is not the same, the linear speed is gradually consistent with the wear of the cots, and the tearing and rubbing effect is gradually weakened, resulting in a significant decrease in the shelling rate. In order to avoid this drawback, when the diameter difference between two rollers is 5mm, it is required to stop the machine and exchange the fast and slow rollers, so as to get a more reasonable linear speed difference again. According to the requirements, a pair of new cots shall be replaced 7-8 times from the time of installation to the end of use. It takes about 30 minutes to stop the machine and load and unload the clamp when changing the roller. If several hullers work in parallel, the time will be longer. Not only the labor intensity of operators is great, but also the economic benefits of rice milling enterprises are greatly affected.
According to the speed of rubber abrasion and different formula, a pair of rubber rollers are divided into fast roller and slow roller, which are manufactured separately to make them work in medium volume abrasion at different speeds, and the linear speed difference is always kept in an optimal range. The non transposition hulling rubber roller has obvious advantages: first, the invalid abrasion of rubber is reduced, which can prolong the service life of rubber roller; second, it can save the time of roll transposition and reduce the labor intensity of workers; third, it is conducive to the parallel operation of multiple hullers, which is suitable for large-scale continuous production.

The allowable tolerance is ± 3°, and the maximum and minimum difference of hardness on the same cot is greater than 2°.
Steel plate core of Hulling Rubber Roller:
The traditional framework material of hulling rubber roller is cast iron core. The disadvantages of cast iron core are: first, it is relatively bulky; second, because the precision requirements of cast iron core in the production process are not very strict, and the wall thickness is slightly different, while the rotation speed of rubber roller when it is used on the huller is 1200-1600 rpm, and its dynamic balance deviation is difficult to control, so vibration may occur. The steel core can effectively solve the above problems.
The steel core is mainly used for LGT (sleeve type) hulling rubber roller.
Due to the problems of toughness and strength of steel plate core, it is possible to make the steel plate core concave in the manufacturing process when it is applied to large-scale hulling rubber roller, and the gap between the two rollers may be enlarged due to high temperature and extrusion in the use process, thus affecting the hulling amount. According to the different types of rubber roller, 1-3 stiffeners are added in the reinforced steel core to ensure that the rubber rollers are not deformed in the process of manufacture and use, and the stress on the rubber surface is even, and the rubber roller can be used up once after installation.
