Application scope:

Vacuum brazing is a welding method that uses brazing material with a lower melting point than the base metal in a vacuum environment. The brazing material fills the gaps between the base metals through the capillary suction force generated by the tiny gaps between the two workpieces, thus forming a weld joint.

Product characteristics:

The advantages of adopting vacuum brazing are as follows:

(1) The heating temperature of vacuum brazing is relatively low, so it has no effect or very little effect on the physical and chemical properties of the base metal.

(2) Millions of weld joints of complex parts (such as radiators) can be welded at once.

(3) The deformation of the parts is small, and it is easy to ensure the size of the assembly.

(4) Heating in a vacuum environment can easily remove grease, oxide film, etc. on the surface of the workpiece, thus the surface brightness of the workpiece is high.

(5) No flux is required, so there is no need for post-welding cleaning.

(6) Brazing and quenching can be performed simultaneously.

(7) The vacuum brazing furnace produced by Triumph mainly uses metal heaters, and is equipped with metal heat insulation screens. It has a small outgassing volume and ensures good vacuum performance. The working temperature ranges from 300℃ to 1100℃, and the vacuum level of conventional brazing furnaces is up to 10-4Pa, while small furnaces can reach 10-5Pa. The heating system adopts multi-zone temperature control, ensuring the temperature uniformity in the working area of the furnace. It can be used for aluminum brazing, silver brazing, copper brazing, manganese brazing, and nickel brazing of workpieces.

The vacuum brazing furnace adopts a cooling fan to solve the pollution problem of the motor to the vacuum chamber. The furnace adopts an internal circulation cooling system. The internal circulation system directly uses the space inside the furnace as the cooling air duct, which greatly simplifies the furnace compared to the large and complex external circulation cooling system previously configured for brazing furnaces. The optimized equipment has a reduced footprint, simplified control, convenient operation and maintenance, and effectively improves the production efficiency of the equipment.
