The Gas Leak Detector with ≥80% Helium Recovery - Piston Accumulator Type is an advanced device designed for highly efficient and accurate gas leak detection. It follows a systematic testing process to ensure the integrity of workpieces.
During the operation, the operator first prepares the workpiece with a clear barcode or QR code and checks the equipment's functionality. After scanning the code and placing the workpiece in the fixture, the testing process commences automatically. The vacuum pump evacuates the workpiece, and the pressure sensor monitors the vacuum level. Background noise suppression and helium charging are carried out to enhance the accuracy of detection. In the micro-leak detection stage, helium is pressurized, and the leak detector determines if there is a leak based on the detected helium signal. After testing, the helium is recovered with an impressive recovery rate of ≥80%.
